Job Summary
Develop and implement marketing plans by engaging with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies; drive community awareness through local presentations on long-term care; facilitate the admissions process including facility tours and management of resident admissions; track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership; strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams on events, campaigns, and outreach; requires independent work and local travel to establish partnerships. Strong communication skills, public speaking, organizational abilities, and the capacity to travel locally are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills
