Job Summary
Connect with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies for at least 24 hours weekly. Present to local groups on long-term care and aging benefits. Conduct facility tours and manage all resident admissions aspects. Submit weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach efforts. This role supports Creative Solutions in Healthcare's mission to grow census and strengthen community relationships within the long-term care sector.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships
