Job Summary
Lead the academic and administrative leadership of the Health Care Management program by developing and revising curriculum, supervising faculty, and monitoring student progress. Ensure continuous compliance with ACCSC Standards of Accreditation and applicable state and federal requirements while collecting and analyzing data on retention, graduation, and employment outcomes. Convene the Program Advisory Committee, support faculty professional development, manage instructional resources, and assist with budgeting and resource planning. Maintain documentation for accreditation activities including the Self-Evaluation Report and Annual Report.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Care Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or CHEA
- Academic credentials equal to or higher than the credential the program awards
- Professional certification appropriate to the field is preferred where applicable (e.g., FACHE, CMM, RHIA, CPC, or comparable credential)
- Minimum of three to five (3–5) years of professional experience in health care management, administration, or a related area of the health care industry
- Minimum of two (2) years of postsecondary teaching and/or educational administration experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation, programmatic assessment, and student outcomes (retention, graduation, and graduate employment)
Desired Qualifications
