Job Summary
Manage all aspects of case handling, from initial investigation and discovery through trial and appeal. Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel while providing legal analysis, strategic recommendations, and status updates. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies and trial preparation plans. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment with a supportive, mentorship-focused team dedicated to professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active North Carolina Bar admission
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent client service and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
