Job Summary
Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized healthcare practice. Responsibilities include representing healthcare providers in False Claims Act, Certificate of Need proceedings, and regulatory disputes; conducting thorough research and analysis of complex healthcare regulatory issues; developing and implementing effective litigation strategies; collaborating with senior attorneys to achieve case goals; and preparing/presenting cases in courts and administrative agencies. Requires 2-4 years of healthcare litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction
- 2-4 years of healthcare litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Experience representing healthcare providers in regulatory disputes and False Claims Act matters
