Job Summary
Lead day-to-day transaction execution, client presentations, and offering memoranda management for Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A and capital markets deals. Draft pitch materials, coordinate business due diligence, and originate sell-side and buy-side transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, and private placements. Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and fundamental research while liaising with issuers, sponsors, and legal counsel to drive deal processes. Support C-level client interactions, expand corporate relationships, and build new business pipelines. Train junior team members and utilize DealCloud, Pitchbook, and Refinitiv for transaction execution. Requires Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics Finance or a related field
- five 5 years of work experience in the job offered or in a related investment banking position analyzing the healthcare industry
- five 5 years of experience in Using DealCloud Pitchbook Refinitiv Bloomberg and BioMedTracker to conduct research develop pitches and presentations and execute upon transactions
- five 5 years of experience in Performing financial statement analysis and valuation within the healthcare and life sciences industry
- five 5 years of experience in Underwriting and placing equity and debt offerings for public and privately held companies
- five 5 years of experience in Performing fundamental analysis of companies by analyzing industry trends and conditions in multiple sectors including healthcare industry
- five 5 years of experience in Working closely with clients on mandated transactions
- SIE Series 63 and Series 79 licenses
