Job Summary
Lead and coordinate multiple integration workstreams supporting an Epic Connect implementation, scheduling and facilitating meetings to confirm scope, dependencies, and testing readiness. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational leaders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and third-party vendors while coordinating resources for design, build, testing, and cutover activities. Monitor milestones and technical build progress to support the Epic go-live, identifying risks and escalating concerns to project leadership. Develop detailed project documentation and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex technical or integration projects
- Strong project planning, coordination, and resource management skills
- Experience working with healthcare data integrations and third-party technology vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic implementation or Epic Connect projects
- Knowledge of healthcare integration standards, including HL7 and API-based integrations
- Understanding of healthcare integration lifecycle activities, including interface testing, test environment setup, validation, and production readiness
- Familiarity with Epic go-live planning and integration readiness requirements
- Experience coordinating third-party vendor contracts and integration deliverables
