Job Summary
Healthcare Fraud Attorney in Dallas, TX, Of Counsel. Conduct investigations into healthcare fraud cases, prepare and file legal documents (complaints and motions), represent clients in civil and criminal court proceedings, collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, analyze complex medical records and billing practices, provide regulatory/compliance guidance, stay updated on healthcare laws, develop case strategies, and litigate civil and criminal matters. Requires Juris Doctor, Texas license, and at least 3 years of healthcare fraud experience.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law or fraud cases
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
