Job Summary
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with OB experience sought to join an established outpatient practice in Syracuse, NY. The clinic provides care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients and includes women’s health services with on-site Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Responsibilities include treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, management of chronic conditions, preventive care (immunizations and cancer screenings), and obstetrics support. EPIC EMR and strong clinical/administrative support enable a collaborative, physician-led environment. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an occasional 10:30 AM–6:30 PM shift about every 8 weeks and a shared call rotation. This role offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities (Starting Bonus: $50,000; Retention bonus with resident compensation available: $2,500/month) plus CME allowance and comprehensive benefits (medical, vision, dental, retirement with employer match). A physician-led Joint Operating Committee supports education and mentorship, with the opportunity to impact the Syracuse community and underserved patient populations.
Required Qualifications
- NYS medical licensure and DEA certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Obstetrics experience strongly preferred
