Job Summary
Develop new revenue by engaging with Enterprise level Healthcare prospects in the Private Carrier segment, driving background screening revenue to meet annual quotas. Build and manage a self-generated pipeline using cold calling, partnerships, campaigns, and search platforms. Own new client relationships from presentation through contract execution and implementation, partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting data and project a professional image in all client interactions. Requires healthcare enterprise experience, large-enterprise sales background, a BA/BS degree, and proven quota attainment with strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Healthcare enterprise sales experience
- Large enterprise level sales experience
- Experience with sales cycles longer than 6 months
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
