Job Summary
Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with standardized recipes, nutrition guidelines, and food safety regulations within a commercial kitchen environment. Perform batch cooking, baking, and meal production while maintaining accurate logs, temperature records, and sanitation documentation. Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and stock rotation to support uninterrupted meal service for residents, staff, and special events. Ensure dependable attendance and punctuality while collaborating with residential, nursing, and operations teams to uphold a positive dining experience. Weekend, holiday, and rotating shift availability may be required.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, commercial kitchens, cafeteria, healthcare dietary, school nutrition, senior living, or other institutional cooking environments
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, high-volume meal production, or working with children and adolescents
- ServSafe Certification
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe Certification within designated timeframe
