Job Summary
Healthcare Coordinator (RN) in a Minnesota senior living community: leads the resident care team, coordinates all aspects of resident care including EHR/eMAR documentation, oversees medication management and reviews, ensures regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence, and partners with physicians, families, and staff to deliver person-centered care. Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervision of Resident Assistants and healthcare staff; leads onboarding and ongoing trainings; manages department budgets, staffing schedules, and medical inventory; provides 24/7 on-call support for resident emergencies and community needs. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
- Current CPR certification
- 4+ years healthcare management experience in senior living, retirement communities, or long-term care
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting residents with dementia
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overnight coverage if needed
