Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment courses. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing care. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient while acting as a subject matter expert on available financial options. Maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations, and ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model. Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required gatherings. This role supports the creation of Patients for Life and the Perfect Patient Experience within Lathrop Modern Dentistry, focusing on building a financial understanding of the team and driving metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
