Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while utilizing the PDS system to support case acceptance. Act as a subject matter expert on financial options and the Comprehensive Care Model to ensure offices exemplify best operational practices. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings, and uphold the PDS Brand framework. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential patient records.
