Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain patient financial commitments and execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing care. Utilize the PDS system to help patients make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Actively participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to align with business imperatives and the Comprehensive Care Model. Maintain professional demeanor and stewardship of the brand while supporting clinical excellence through the Mouth Body Connection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
