Healthcare Coordinator

Partner with supported Dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment courses. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and execute the HC Handoff for every exam patient. Utilize available financial options to support case acceptance while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations before treatment completion. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies, ensuring the Comprehensive Care Model is exemplified in-office and during referrals. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in the PDS system, and ability to handle confidential patient records. Salary ranges from $20.75 to $29.00 hourly; travel may be required between offices.
