Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff for every exam patient while ensuring office compliance with the Comprehensive Care Model and regulatory policies. Achieve proficiency in the PDS system to assist patients in making informed decisions, actively participate in daily huddles and monthly meetings, and maintain strict confidentiality of patient records. This role supports the Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life initiatives within the Dentists of Centennial Hills team, requiring travel between offices and a strong understanding of business metrics.
