Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry the dentist is diagnosing, utilizing expertise in all available financial options and insurance pre-authorizations. Partner with supported dentists to overcome common patient objections, educate on treatment choices, and proactively keep schedules productive while executing the HC Handoff on every exam patient. Achieve proficiency in the PDS system to assist patients in making informed decisions, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Maintain a professional demeanor, participate in daily morning huddles and monthly meetings, and uphold the PDS Brand framework. Travel between offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
