Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by understanding available financial options and overcoming common objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and educate patients on treatment choices to support case acceptance. Ensure office compliance with company policies, state regulations, and the Comprehensive Care Model while actively participating in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Maintain proficiency in the PDS system and uphold the PDS Brand framework to create a Perfect Patient Experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
