Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before procedures. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Subject matter expertise in financial options and the PDS system supports case acceptance while maintaining the Perfect Patient Experience. Active participation in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings drives results. Travel may be required between offices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
