Healthcare Coordinator

Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients, ensuring they start urgent treatment. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and utilize financial options to support case acceptance. Execute the HC Handoff with clinicians, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options while participating in daily huddles and team meetings. Ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model and uphold the PDS Brand framework. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in the PDS system, and ability to handle confidential patient records. Travel may be required between offices.
