Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options to support case acceptance and ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model. Maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations while participating in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Achieve proficiency in the PDS system to assist patients in making informed decisions consistent with the brand framework.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
