Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients, execute the HC Handoff on every exam, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before treatment begins. Educate patients on treatment choices and financial options to overcome objections while maintaining a perfect patient experience. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options and ensure office compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to support metrics and results. Requires a high school diploma or GED; travel may be required. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $25.50 hourly.
