Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Utilize proficiency in the PDS system to support case acceptance while maintaining the Perfect Patient Experience and Comprehensive Care Model. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results aligned with business imperatives. Travel between offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
