Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by understanding and utilizing available financial options. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing care. Execute the HC Handoff in partnership with clinicians, ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies, and maintain confidentiality for patient records. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings while modeling the We Believe Behavioral Framework. Travel may be required between offices.
