Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by understanding financial options, educating patients on choices, and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff in partnership with clinicians on every exam patient and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to completing treatment. Subject matter expertise on available financial options ensures patients start dentistry fitting their budget while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings to support the Comprehensive Care Model and Perfect Patient Experience. Travel between offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
