Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff in partnership with clinicians for every exam patient and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to completing care. Subject matter expertise on financial options and the PDS system ensures patients make informed decisions while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Active participation in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings supports the Comprehensive Care Model and brand stewardship. This role requires a high school diploma, with travel between offices possible, and offers hourly pay from $16.50 to $23.00.
