Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain patient financial commitments for urgent treatment initiation by educating on options and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure office compliance with the Comprehensive Care Model and regulatory bodies. Act as a subject matter expert on financial options and PDS brand standards while participating in daily huddles and team meetings. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and model company values based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework. This role impacts metrics and results directly within The Woodlands Modern Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics, fostering a Perfect Patient Experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
