Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by educating them on options, overcoming objections, and obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain proficiency in the PDS system and tools to support case acceptance and uphold the Comprehensive Care Model. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to align with business imperatives and metrics. Requires a high school diploma or GED; travel may be necessary between offices. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $25.50 hourly.
