Job Summary

Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing care. Utilize proficiency in the PDS system to support case acceptance while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. Actively participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to maintain productivity and model the We Believe Behavioral Framework. This role supports the Perfect Patient Experience and creates Patients for Life within the Snellville Smiles Dentistry team, requiring travel between offices and a high school diploma or GED.
