Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment courses. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and proactively keep clinician schedules productive while utilizing available financial options to support case acceptance. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model. Maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies, participate in daily morning huddles and monthly meetings, and demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand. Requires high school diploma or GED; travel may be required between offices. Salary $18.00-$25.50 hourly.
