Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain patient financial commitments for urgent treatment, educate patients on options, and overcome objections to start care. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model. Subject matter expert on all available financial options to fit patient budgets while maintaining PDS brand stewardship and clinical excellence. Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and required meetings. Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal policies. High school diploma required; travel between offices may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
