Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain patient financial commitments for urgent treatment initiation by educating on options and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options while participating in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and company policies, manage confidential patient records, and drive metrics aligned with business imperatives. This role supports the Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life initiatives at Shrewsbury Dentistry, requiring proficiency in the PDS system and a deep understanding of the Mouth Body Connection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
