Job Summary
Partner with supported Dentists to gain patient financial commitments and initiate urgent treatment courses. Utilize available financial options to support case acceptance while educating patients on treatment choices and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff in partnership with each clinician on every exam patient and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to completing treatment. Subject matter expert on all financial options to fit patients within their budget. Gain proficiency in PDS systems and tools to assist patients in making decisions for their unique wants and needs. Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and any other meetings as required. Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and maintains compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
