Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to secure patient financial commitments and initiate urgent treatment courses. Gain patient financial commitments by educating them on treatment choices, overcoming objections, and utilizing available insurance pre-authorizations. Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient while maintaining a consultative approach to support the Perfect Patient Experience. Subject matter expertise on all financial options ensures patients receive choices fitting their budget. Maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations while exemplifying the Comprehensive Care Model. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
