Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff, obtain insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Act as a subject matter expert on financial tools to support case acceptance while maintaining the PDS Brand framework and Comprehensive Care Model. Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required gatherings to drive metrics and results. Travel between offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
