Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by understanding financial options, overcoming objections, and obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while ensuring the Comprehensive Care Model is exemplified within and outside the office. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options to support case acceptance and assist patients in making decisions aligned with their unique needs. Maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations while participating in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
