Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and proactively manage clinician schedules while executing HC handoffs for every exam patient. Act as a subject matter expert on financial options to help patients start dentistry within their budget, obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations before treatment completion. Ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model and maintain compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to support metrics and results. This role is part of Union City Modern Dentistry's mission to create Patients for Life (PFL) and supports the Mouth Body Connection through clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
