Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatments by educating them on available financial options and overcoming common objections. Partner with supported dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and maintain productive schedules. Act as a subject matter expert on all financial options while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results aligned with the Comprehensive Care Model. Requires a high school diploma or GED; travel may be required between offices. Salary ranges from $17.25 to $24.25 hourly.
