Job Summary
Partner with supported dentists to gain financial commitments from patients and initiate urgent treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before procedures begin. Execute the HC Handoff with clinicians on every exam patient and ensure offices exemplify the Comprehensive Care Model. Act as a subject matter expert on financial options while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to align on business imperatives and metrics. Maintain a professional demeanor consistent with the PDS Brand framework while handling confidential patient records.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
