Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by understanding and utilizing available financial options. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing procedures. Execute the HC Handoff in partnership with clinicians, maintain office compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensure the Comprehensive Care Model is exemplified. Actively participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings while serving as a subject matter expert on all financial options. Work a schedule that may require travel between offices, applying company values and best operational practices to support a Perfect Patient Experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
