Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent dental treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Execute the HC Handoff with clinicians on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Partner with supported dentists to maintain productive schedules while modeling company culture and the We Believe Behavioral Framework. Act as a subject matter expert on financial options to support case acceptance and uphold the PDS Brand standards. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
