Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to start urgent dentistry by educating them on treatment choices and overcoming objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient, obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations, and utilize available financial options to support case acceptance. Proactively keep schedules productive while ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, and the PDS Brand framework. Act as a subject matter expert on all financial options and the Mouth Body Connection to create a Perfect Patient Experience. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive results. Travel may be required between offices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
