Job Summary

Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate treatment by understanding and utilizing available financial options. Educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before completing procedures. Partner with clinicians to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while ensuring the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model. Act as a subject matter expert on all financial options and maintain proficiency in PDS system tools to support case acceptance. Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and any other required meetings. Maintain appropriate professional demeanor, ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies, and handle confidential patient records with extreme care.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Travel might be required between offices

  • Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields or dentistry, insurance, or business
