Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate urgent treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Partner with dentists to execute the HC Handoff on every exam patient while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Act as a subject matter expert on available financial options to support case acceptance and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain the PDS Brand framework and participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Achieve proficiency in the PDS system to assist patients in making decisions aligned with their unique needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
