Job Summary

Healthcare Consulting Cost and Productivity Manager leading healthcare cost-improvement projects for NHS-focused clients across multiple UK cities. Role involves strategic business planning, rapid cost-reduction initiatives including procurement and workforce optimization, and adaptive change management. You will coach junior staff, manage client engagements, and oversee risk/compliance, with hands-on analysis, report writing, and frequent on-site client work. Travel up to 60% with a mix of office, home, and client-site work. Requires ACA/ACCA/CIPFA/CIMA or equivalent (or international qualification). Strong analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities are essential. Available across Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, or Reading; on-site travel and flexibility to work across locations are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills (financial and non-financial)
  • Experience with NHS information analytics is desirable
  • Report writing and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Stakeholder management in complex environments
  • Project and time management
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
