Healthcare Construction Superintendent II

Job Summary
Senior-level field-based construction leadership role focused on healthcare projects. Lead small to medium commercial construction projects on schedule and within budget by coordinating trade partners, field staff, and office personnel; ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and Graham safety and quality standards; build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, trade partners, and industry representatives; manage carpenters, laborers, field engineers, and interns; utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects, Outlook, and Excel; plan schedules with a six-week look-ahead; contribute to preconstruction activities and reports; travel within assigned operational area as needed; note that this is a field-based position with no in-office requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related degree
- 5 years of commercial construction experience or equivalent
- Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to pass OSHA 30 certification
