Job Summary
Manage all field activities for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring subcontractor performance in quality and timeliness. Coordinate project start-up and close-out activities while organizing contract documents and preparing the construction schedule with input from subcontractors. Enforce on-site quality control and safety procedures, including participation in the Safety and Health Management System. Identify and resolve on-site issues with the Project Manager, escalating necessary concerns appropriately. Prepare and distribute administrative documents such as daily reports, schedules, and inspection tickets. Requires a B.S. in Construction Management or related field with 5-7 years of experience. Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- Values the need to collaborate with all team members
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with construction management software is required
- Extensive experience and knowledge of commercial construction means and methods
- Application of LEED certifications
- Thorough understanding of industry practices

Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education and experience (to B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position)
- Experience, preferably in general contracting
- Previous experience leading a job-site team
- Procore experience
- Bluebeam experience
