Job Summary
Healthcare Renovation Technician responsible for demolition and renovation of healthcare spaces (operating rooms, emergency rooms, ICU) and installation of new equipment. Performs trades including carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical; conducts manual labor and oversees quality assurance; identifies hazardous materials; maintains materials and prepares daily construction reports. Requires use of power and hand tools, teamwork and leadership; OSHA 10 preferred; travel 100% with company-paid travel, hotels, rental cars, and per diem; ability to read/write English and communicate with coworkers and customers; may lead small projects or teams.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Training Preferred
- Must obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experienced with Demolition Preferred
- Must have experience in one or more of the following trades: Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Mechanical
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with coworkers and customers in the field
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Travel required, 100% travel position, nights and weekends possible
