Job Summary
Own a portfolio of California Assisted Living facilities as the Primary or Secondary Care Partner, serving as the single point of contact for administrators, nurses, and families. Run daily outbound workflows including callbacks, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins to ensure no tasks drop. Perform medication reconciliation by reviewing records alongside AI tools to flag drug interactions and dosage concerns, while maintaining accurate facility census data. Confirm provider schedules and coordinate patient documents, delivery, and cycle updates with pharmacy partners. Resolve open issues created by the AI Concierge and escalate with judgment when necessary. Work US Pacific hours from Egypt, observing the US holiday calendar, to support AllCare's exponential expansion in senior living healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm or PharmD degree from an accredited Egyptian university
- 2+ year of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or US-facing healthcare BPO
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Neutral accent
- Clarity and warmth
- Willingness and ability to work US Pacific Time hours
